Peacefully at the Cornwall Community Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Boyd Brownell. Dear mother of Paul of Newcastle, Ont., Annette Bourdeau (Andre) and Allan all of Newington. Grandmother to Darlene Childs (Andrew) of Halifax, N.S., Chris (Natalie) of Vancouver, Scott (Mandy) of Nestleton, Ont. and three beautiful great-grandchildren Ella, Thomas and Sawyer. She is also survived by her brother Lawrence Bray (Estelle) of Cornwall; her sisters-in-law Ina Poole, Lila Montgomery, Joyce Brownell as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Niciphor and Rosa; her husband of 60 years, Boyd; three younger brothers Albert, Paul, Louis and his wife June, their sons Patrick and Timothy; her sister Annette Shaver and her brother-in-law Gerald Shaver. Also predeceased by her mother-in-law Maud, her father-in-law Charles; her husband's brothers Keith (Frieda) and Neil. In Keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place. No visitation. [FUNERAL MASS WILL BE CELEBRATED IN ST. BERNARD'S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH IN FINCH ON SATURDAY FEBRUARY 11 AT 2PM.]. After the service, there will be a lunch in the church hall catered by the ladies of the Catholic Women's League. For those who wish to do so, you may make donations in Aline's memory to Community Living Glengarry for their on-going support for her son, Allan, as well as her daughter who is his caregiver. Donations to St. Bernard's Catholic Church would also be appreciated.
